HomeComfort Healthcare requires energetic, motivated, and caring Health Care Aides to assist our clients in their homes. This individual will be highly adaptable to changing situations, a great communicator, and a responsible team player. Applicants must be registered with the Health Care Aide Registry. The Health Care Aide is required to travel to clients' homes and is responsible for the following:
Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living, including housekeeping, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and providing companionship.
Assisting clients with daily physical exercise and performing client transfers as needed
Assisting clients with maintaining their independence
Respecting client dignity at all times
Keeping accurate client documentation and performing other tasks within the scope of a Certified Health Care Aide
Ensuring the general well-being of assigned clients by delivering high-quality services
Ensuring that all duties are performed in the client’s best interest and in accordance with HomeComfort Healthcare's vision, mission, and value statements.
