Current Opportunities:
- Experienced Interior Finishing Carpenters: baseboard, casing, doors, stub walls, MDF shelving, built ins / walls units, hand rail, fireplace mantles, etc....
- Experienced Exterior carpenters: decks, verandas, posts, frost walls, landings, and light framing
Our primary clientele consists of residential (large scale / volume) home builders. The position is full time, year round & steady employment. Career advancement opportunities are available.
Qualified Applicants:
- Can maintain an efficient and steady pace, while working within defined production schedules, without compromising quality
- Embody a passion towards client fulfillment and customer service
- An ability to work with management & clients to solve problems as they arise
- Previous Long Term Employment History, Track Record of Success
- Knowledge and understanding of the Alberta Building Code
- Familiarity with technology, smartphones, and email
Earning potential is not capped and will be based on trade familiarity, production capacity and employment category. Reliable daily transportation is required.
***Hourly Employee benefits after 3 months and tool incentive bonus after 6 months***
