Bird Nason Contracting Group is currently seeking applications for experienced Journeyman or Apprentice Millwrights for a project near Vanderhoof B.C. with an anticipated start date of April 2023.
Anticipated Start Date: April 2023
Project: Blackwater Gold - Construction of a gold mine crushing circuit and processing circuit
Location: Near Vanderhoof, BC
Schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off, 10 hour per day
Wage: $47.35 per hour as per collective agreement
Benefits and RRSP Provided as per collective agreement
Camp Provided
Travel Available if Applicable
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:

Rotating equipment alignment experience.

Pipe strain experience
-
Equipment Preservation experience
-
Alignment of sheaves
-
Fan Blade pitching
-
Other duties as assigned
Experience Requirements:

Must be a registered Certified Journeyman or Apprentice in the Millwright trade

2-5 years’ relevant experience in an industrial setting

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

CSTS 09 or 2020

WHMIS 2015

Fall Protection

Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
